L'Observatoire is an artist residency program run by artist-researcher Isabelle Desjeux at Blue House International Preschool, Singapore.

We invite various communities on a journey of (re)discovery through art-making and tinkering, developing curiosity awareness in the process.

Our goal is to provide a dynamic and safe creative space for a diverse pool of arts practitioners, and to facilitate the inclusion of these artists in the school community for the benefit of all.
